1 Definitions and Introduction

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is not equivalent to cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active — the existing bonus must first be completed or cancelled.
• ba 777 reserves the right to change the terms of any ongoing promotion or withdraw a bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the account in question may be reviewed or suspended.
• Only bets placed on eligible games count towards wagering — certain games may be excluded.

5.3 VIP Weekly Cashback

ba 777 VIP members will receive cashback on their net losses for the week. Example: if a Gold-tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. Cashback is not based on amounts withdrawn, but is calculated on the net loss remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses for the week.

6 Betting and Gaming

Slots, live casino, sports betting and other games are available on ba 777. Each game has its own rules, and it is the member's responsibility to read them before starting a game.

6.1 Betting Limits

ba 777 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for each game or betting category. These limits are subject to change and the latest figures will be displayed on the platform.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a software fault, network disruption or other technical issue in a game produces an abnormal result, ba 777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous may be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba 777 and if any one of them is proven, the account will be permanently closed:

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming a bonus more than once under your own or another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse: creating deliberate betting patterns with the sole purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Introducing funds obtained from illegal sources into the platform (money laundering).
• Hacking, phishing or any other unlawful technical activity targeting the platform's systems.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Submitting false payment proof or forged documents.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ba 777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Information provided on the account is false or incomplete.
• Failure to cooperate with an identity verification request.
• Suspicious financial transactions or unusual betting activity.
• Account closure at the user's own request (voluntary exit).

Any applicable balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be returned subject to conditions being met. In cases of bonus-related violations, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
